Neil the Seal Sticker

Neil the Seal Sticker – Australian Wildlife Collection.

Neil is a southern elephant seal born in Tasmania who has become a much-loved local character.

The original photograph behind this design was taken during Neil's 2026 visit, when he spent some time wandering the streets of Seven Mile Beach. His visit brought the local community together, with residents and wildlife authorities working to keep both Neil and the public safe while giving him the space he needed.

Neil has become an unexpected ambassador for Tasmania's wildlife — and a wonderful reminder that wild animals are best admired from a safe and respectful distance.
