Shipping Policy

Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Shipping carrier
We ship with Australia Post. Available services (e.g., Parcel Post and Express Post) and pricing are shown at checkout based on destination and parcel weight/dimensions.

Aramex Depot Pickup (Launceston & Devonport)

We offer a free shipping option via Aramex depot pickup for selected areas in Tasmania (Launceston and Devonport) on orders of $80 AUD or more.

This is not a home delivery service. Orders will be shipped to the nearest Aramex depot and must be collected in person.

How it works:
• Your order is dispatched from Hobart
• It is sent to an Aramex depot using your name and phone number
• You will be notified once it is ready for collection

Estimated delivery time:
• 1–4 business days after dispatch (may vary)

Important:
• Free depot pickup applies only to orders of $80 AUD or more
• Orders below $80 AUD may incur a shipping fee
• This option is only available for selected postcodes
• Collection from the depot is required (photo ID may be requested)
• If depot service is not available in your exact location, we will contact you with an alternative shipping option

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Local delivery (Hobart selected postcodes)
We offer local delivery in selected Hobart postcodes. If your postcode is eligible, “Local delivery” will appear at checkout. Minimum order value and delivery fee (including free delivery when applicable) are shown at checkout.

Local pickup (Sandy Bay)
Free pickup is available at our Sandy Bay location. Pickup instructions and estimated pickup time will be provided after checkout, and you’ll receive a notification when your order is ready.

Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.
