By placing an order with Sabor Austral Market, you agree to the following terms:

  • Products and availability: All products are subject to availability. We may update or discontinue products at any time.

  • Prices: All prices are in AUD. Prices and shipping rates may change without notice.

  • Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues). If payment has been captured, we will issue a refund.

  • Shipping and delivery: Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

  • Free Shipping Promotion – Depot Pickup

    Free shipping via Aramex depot pickup is available for orders of $80 AUD or more in selected areas (Launceston and Devonport).

    This offer:
    • Applies only to eligible postcodes
    • Applies only to depot pickup (not home delivery)
    • May be withdrawn or modified at any time

  • Food safety: We sell pre-packaged, non-refrigerated products. For hygiene and safety reasons, change-of-mind returns are only accepted if items are unopened and sealed.

  • Liability: To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Product Images and Trademarks: All product images displayed on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging, labelling, colours, and presentation may vary due to manufacturer updates, batch variations, or supplier changes. The product description and specifications listed on each product page represent the most accurate information available at the time of sale.

    All trademarks, brand names, logos, and product images are the property of their respective owners. Sabor Austral Market does not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks displayed on this website.
