Returns & Refunds
We sell pre-packaged, non-refrigerated grocery products. For food safety reasons, we can only accept returns for change of mind if items are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
Change of mind returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery or pickup.

Items must be unopened, in original condition, and suitable for resale.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty).

Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If products have a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and you may be entitled to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
