Shipping

All orders are shipped from Hobart, Tasmania using Australia Post parcel services.

In this first stage:
• We currently deliver across Australia.
• Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
• We only sell pre-packaged, non-refrigerated products.
• Shipping is calculated at checkout using live Australia Post rates based on destination and order weight.
• You will receive an Australia Post tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Aramex Depot Pickup – Launceston & Devonport

We also offer a free shipping option via Aramex depot pickup for selected areas in Tasmania (Launceston and Devonport) on orders of $80 AUD or more.

This is not a home delivery service.

Orders will be shipped to an Aramex depot and must be collected in person.

How it works:
• Your order is dispatched from Hobart
• It is sent to an Aramex depot using your name and phone number
• You will be notified once it is ready for collection

Estimated delivery time:
• 1–3 business days after dispatch (may vary)

Important:
• Free depot pickup applies only to orders of $80 AUD or more
• Orders below $80 AUD may incur a shipping fee
• This option is only available for selected postcodes
• Collection from the depot is required (photo ID may be requested)
• If depot service is not available in your exact location, we will contact you with an alternative shipping option
